Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and returning messages
- Manage daily customer account updates
- Process customer policy change requests
- Generate insurance quotes
- Manage agency renewal review process
- Understand and follow all underwriting and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or have worked in an insurance agency previously
- Strong customer service skills
- Intuitive, resourceful, coachable and willing to learn
- Independent self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Able to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- High school diploma or equivalent
