In search of Talented Leaders! We are a growing Chick-fil-A restaurant in Dothan, AL, and we have immediate opportunities for Team Leaders in CustomerService / Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen / Back of House (BOH).

Role / Responsibility / Performance Requirements for a Team Leader / Shift Leader include :
- Lead a shift of 8-15 Team Members as we focus on restaurant excellence
- Supervise the Team to open and close the restaurant
- Lead, hold accountable, and celebrate with your Team to create exceptional results in Overall Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, Food Safety, Food & Labor Costs, and Morale.
- Create & promote a culture of care and mindset of excellence in your team that enables our Team to be the most caring business in our community.
- Engage, develop, & coach your Team to take initiative for their own growth; enable and assist them to be the best version of themselves during their time on our Team;
and grow Leaders from within.
- Effectively communicate clear priorities and guidance as you and your Teammates face numerous competing priorities in a fast paced, challenging, ever-changing environment.
- Display unwavering professionalism with Guests & Teammates as you showcase our business and the Chick-fil-A Brand to hundreds of Guests each day.
- Own results, motivate yourself, solve problems, and demonstrate a make it better mindset that enables continuous improvement & a commitment to growth.
Experience Required for Team Leaders : At least 1 year of previous leadership experience is required along with measurable results, a heart for service, and extreme dependability.
Previous coaching, customer service, project management, or production experience is preferred. Previous restaurant experience is NOT required.
Salary : $15 to $19 / hour for fully qualified leaders ($47K-$57K / year including benefits) after 60-day evaluation period.
Team Leader candidates / trainees may be hired for $13-$14 / hour and then promoted after evaluation & training period.
Leaders typically work 30-45 hours per week Mon to Sat, typical shifts are 515am 2 : 30pm or 1 : 45pm 10 : 15 pm, and all Leaders typically work 2 or more closing shifts per week.
