Lattice's Learning and Development team's mission is to empower all Latticians through L&D opportunities including : career development, skill building, manager and leadership development, mentorship, team effectiveness, and coaching programs.

This role reports into Lattice's head of L&D and is excellent for people who love creating and managing best-in-class learning programs, facilitating live learning sessions, and keeping track of details in a fast-paced environment.

This role will need to be onsite in our San Francisco, CA office 1-2 days per week.

What You Will Do

  • You'll manage planning and logistics for existing in-person and virtual L&D programs, including :
  • Manager development
  • Leader development
  • Team effectiveness
  • Mentorship program
  • Orientation and onboarding
  • Work style assessments
  • Team onsites and offsites
  • You'll design, deliver, and own a new L&D core skills offering for individual contributors
  • You'll design and deliver training content to help Latticians learn to use AI (ChatGPT, etc), as well as other new technologies
  • You'll facilitate virtual and in person learning sessions and workshops
  • You'll connect with key stakeholders to understand learning needs, get support for L&D programs, and share impact
  • You'll manage external vendors who provide L&D services
  • You'll identify and embed learning evaluation metrics and processes across all programs to ensure a data driven approach when evaluating impact
  • You'll work closely with our Lattice product team to make suggestions related to our Grow product
  • You'll experiment, iterate, and build up from pilots to scaled programs
  • You'll work closely with and support our head of L&D

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • You have at least 5 years in a program manager role related to learning and development, enablement, training, or related experience
  • You have experience advising, mentoring, and coaching employees
  • You have experience facilitating learning sessions and workshops both virtually and in person
  • You have strong practical knowledge of learning technologies and innovations in learning design
  • You are able to conceptualize, design, develop, deliver, and update content and programs from start to finish
  • You are detail-oriented, efficient, and highly organized
  • You have strong problem solving and project management skills
  • You are able to produce high quality work in a fast-paced environment while juggling competing priorities
  • You adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are passionate about designing learning experiences and building best-in-class learning programs
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are able to communicate effectively to audiences of all levels
  • You are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $117,000 to $137,500. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans
