Southern National Roofing is seeking seasoned professionals to fill the role of Senior Sales Representative. As the leader in home roof replacements across the East Coast, we offer a lucrative opportunity for experienced sales individuals.

Your primary focus will be providing in-home consultations for roofing replacements, leveraging our robust lead generation system.

With no cold calling required, you can concentrate on what you do best-closing deals. Our comprehensive sales training, overseen by department heads, ensures you're equipped for success.

Ideal candidates will possess a professional demeanor, a track record of sales excellence, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

While a degree is preferred, relevant sales experience is paramount.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • No visible face or neck tattoos or piercings.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo thorough sales training provided by the company.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
