Position Description :

Project Managers are responsible for ensuring projects are successfully managed across all key metrics including schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. They serve as the primary client contact and are responsible for fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Project Managers oversee project documentation including cost estimates, prime contracts, schedules, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to project goals and requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships
• Monitor project performance and address technical or quality issues as they arise
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, submittals, and change management processes
• Coordinate cost estimates, review drawings and specifications, and participate in pre-bid meetings
• Resolve field quality issues with owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and promote a positive work environment
• Review and process owner and subcontractor monthly billings
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills while handling multiple priorities
