Position Description :
Project Managers are responsible for ensuring projects are successfully managed across all key metrics including schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. They serve as the primary client contact and are responsible for fostering strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. Project Managers oversee project documentation including cost estimates, prime contracts, schedules, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
