Large transformational programs require a SAP Program Manager with deep experience across the SAP product suite - gained from actual project implementation experience - including S / 4HANA, HANA, SAP Cloud Platform.
Requirements -Understanding of SAP's product strategy and roadmap, including positioning of S / 4 HANA and enabling tools and complementary technologiesExpertise in establishing and implementing customer experience strategies for organisations.
Significant experience, in leading and driving, high-complex, cross functional programs of work, orchestration of resources and issues across all functions of a businessStrong people management / leadership experience and ability to communicate technology solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
Build and foster relationships and work cross-functionally with a diverse set of internal and external business partners.
Accountable and responsible for all aspects of the program delivery, from blueprint phase through to realisation, including the overall leadership.
Responsible for stakeholder engagement up to CEO and board level for all aspects of IT solution delivery of programComfortable in collaborating in a multinational and multicultural organization.
Establish the sustaining support model to provide ongoing technical support and continuous improvement for the newly implemented platform.
