Revology Cars is hiring a Recruiter / Human Resources Administrator at the Orlando, Florida facility where we build 1965-1968 Ford Mustang and Shelby GT new licensed reproduction rolling chassis and restored original automobiles.

About the Job

The Recruiter / Human Resources Administrator at Revology Cars manages and implements programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives.

The Human Resources Generalist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for recruiting, employee / labor relations, employee records, and various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include :

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including placing job postings, interviewing, screening, managing candidates, and making recommendations to hiring managers
• Manage the onboarding and off boarding processes
• Provide support for employees with questions regarding policy, grievances, compensation and benefits plans, and other employee relations matters
• Handle administrative matters including non-disclosure agreements, scheduling internal cross-functional and external meetings and events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or management
• Proficient in the use of IT productivity tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Must read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range is $73,000 - $81,000
• Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
• 401(k) with up to 4% company match
• Three weeks of paid vacation plus one week of sick leave
• Paid holidays include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
