Job Title : Manufacturing Operations Manager
Job Summary : The Manufacturing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards.
This role involves supervising production teams, managing resources, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality assurance, and materials management teams to optimize production processes.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitoring production costs and identifying areas for cost reduction.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing operations management role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.
