Job Summary : The Senior Manager, Commercial Financial Planning & Analyst oversees the financial analysis team, playing a key role in strategic decision-making and financial planning, specifically focusing on commercial aspects within the manufacturing sector.

This position involves managing financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes to support organizational goals for a company with over $500 million in annual revenue.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant financial information.
• Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations for financial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support commercial growth in manufacturing.
• Analyze market trends and their impact on commercial operations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast revenue and expenses related to commercial activities.
• Evaluate the financial performance of commercial projects and provide recommendations for improvement.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Previous managerial experience is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in commercial financial planning and analysis.
