Miami Lakes Hotel is a destination designed for the business and leisure traveler alike. Our hotel is unique as we are the only full-service hotel resort in the Miami Lakes area.
Located on Main Street, guests can enjoy a variety of upscale shops, a 17-Cineplex movie theater, and over a dozen restaurants all just steps away from our door.
Responsibilities :
- Individual will provide assistance to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Responsibilities include check-in / check-out process, billing, checking registration cards for accuracy, reviewing occupancy daily, handling cash / credit / house-charge transactions answering phones in friendly / helpful manner and answering to guest needs / questions.
- Cover for Reservations Agent as needed
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School degree required
- Hospitality Management degree preferred
- 1 year in Front Office / Reservations role in Hospitality, preferably Front Office environment
- Opera software experience preferred, Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Must be computer literate
Full Time schedule; flexible AM / PM shifts including weekends.
