We have a full-time hybrid opening for a Customer Service Representative in the Itasca area. This position is a permanent hire.
General Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include handling individual policy requests from clients, researching customer issues, and coordinating resolutions within 48 hours. This includes requests from all areas of the company. Requests come via a 1-800 line and email from clients, inspectors, field managers and account managers.
Qualifications
Must be well organized, detail oriented, possess an excellent phone manner, and have good computer skills including experience with Word and Excel. Must have the ability to multi-task, remain professional and friendly under pressure. In addition, must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous customer service and property insurance industry experience is a plus.
