If you have 5+ years experience running multiple lawn care and landscaping crews, you may be just the person we're looking for to step in and help run our day-to-day operations!
Responsibilities :
To oversee the planning, scheduling, completion and quality control of all work and projects including but not limited to lawn care, property maintenance / beautification and enhancements / projects both assigned to in-house crews and negotiated with subcontractors.
To create and install day-to-day processes to ensure maximum efficiency with regard to completed work, man hours, supplies and materials, as well as professional appearance of company property and vehicles.
To provide input for and / or oversee recruiting, hiring / onboarding, training and termination of crew leaders and laborers.
To provide input for and / or oversee enhancing standard operating procedures with regard to sales / estimating work, employee safety / training, employee goals / skill development, company culture and setting company budgets and revenue / margin goals.
