Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) in Lancaster, CA. The OT will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs to help individuals develop, regain, or maintain daily living and work skills.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- California state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet patient goals.
- Provide therapy services to patients in individual or group settings as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on techniques to improve daily living skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
