Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of trade skills and proven management abilities to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the residential construction industry, previous leadership / management experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all phases of high-end remodeling projects from inception to completion.
- Lead a team of skilled tradespeople from various trades, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trades and staff as needed.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on high-end remodeling.
- Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
