Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (L&D)

Key Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience

Valid Kansas RN license

BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications

Recent fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months

Commitment to obtaining PALS prior to start date

Nice to Have Skills :

Additional travel nursing experience (1+ year)

Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration

Strong knowledge of fetal heart monitoring and emergency procedures

Preferred Education & Experience :

RN license in Kansas

At least 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery

1 year of travel nursing preferred

Other Requirements :

Availability for 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend rotation

Participation in on-call duties (2-3 shifts per month)

Willingness to work holidays as needed

Ability to float to Medical-Surgical units if required

Must have taken a fetal monitoring class within the last two years and be able to commit to obtaining PALS prior to start
