Our Restaurant Managers oversee Front of House and Back of House operations while adhering to our Hospitality Model. All managers focus on attaining sales and profit objectives, maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and excellent safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities + Duties :
- Exceptional knowledge of our Craveably Crafted™ food and uncommon hospitality.
- Lead team by executing great shifts, meeting all goals, timelines and milestones needed.
- Coach, teach and mentor team.
- Drive restaurant profitability through building sales, controlling costs, and creating a place people want to work and dine at.
- Support the team and the shift by setting up and transitioning shifts appropriately.
- Complete weekly inventory and orders understanding the importance of Actual vs. Theoretical numbers and how they impact the business.
- Follow a routine from open to close to execute Line Checks and Sani audit on a daily basis with a strong attention to detail on safety and sanitation practices.
- Understand and execute sales goals, local restaurant marketing, and objectives with the ability to meet and exceed expected results.
- Complete daily and weekly inventory, tracking and orders.
- Control and maintain labor costs through great schedule writing.
- Validate selection of new hires, training, and testing procedures for all new employees.
- Uphold company standards on personal appearance and attire.
- Ensure the restaurant is kept clean through great safety and sanitation practices.
- Maintain a positive guest experience from the time they enter our building until they leave.
- Support the team and the shift by setting up and transitioning shifts appropriately.
Qualifications + Skills :
- 2 years of Restaurant Management experience preferred
- Understanding of FOH and BOH operations
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Must have a courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Coachable with ability to apply feedback
