We have a perfect position for you! We are offering a hybrid position which you will continue to provide minimal caregiving services but also will be extensively trained in office duties in a full time position to function as a care coordinator.

What we are looking for :
We are looking for a individual experienced in the day to day activities of a in-home care agency. Enjoy a mix of providing caregiving services while also undergoing extensive training to assist our office staff.
Actual caregiving will be minimal as focus will be on office operations. Have a opportunity for professional growth as we look to grow and become involved in the community. Come grow with us!
Compensation / Benefits :
$18-22 to start depending on experience with tremendous opportunity for growth
o Pay will vary depending on previous experience

What you will do :
Duties will be split between providing in home caregiving services for our clients which will be minimal while performing as a care coordinator which will be the large majority of your work duties.
As we grow, we hope to foster your growth as well, assisting with the progression of our services and expansion of our team.
Some of the needed skills :
1 year previous experience providng in home caregiving services
- Advanced knowledge with use of computers (Previous Wellsky experience a super plus)
- Experience with taking calls to effectively assist our clients with inquiries
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus but not required)
- Previous office task experience overall a plus
- Have eagerness and desire to be challenged and learn new tasks
- Be open / available as needed to be on call after normal business hours and weekends
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone including taking new client intakes
Requirements :
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check
