Maintenance Associate

Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate.

Job Responsibilities

• General maintenance and custodial care of Parish buildings and grounds.
• Scheduling maintenance projects.
• Fulfilling maintenance requests timely.
• Replacing of light bulbs, air filters, ceiling tiles, light ballasts.
• Painting, light carpentry and plumbing.
• Stocking of all cleaning supplies such as soap and paper products.
• Understanding and adherence to proper cleaning / sanitizing methods, storage and care of equipment and supplies, using guidelines mandated by federal / local agencies.
• Setting up for events.
• Other duties as assigned by the Administration.
