Registered Nurse (RN) - Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Lab

Full Time - 72 hours / pay - Day / Evening Shift

8-hour, 9-hour, or 10-hour shifts

ChristianaCare's Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Lab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) that will support the pre and post care treatment of the patient population in the Cardiovascular Lab. Non-invasive cardiologists provide diagnostic testing and imaging to help diagnose disorders of the heart. These tests are usually performed on an outpatient basis. They include :

Echocardiograms

Exercise stress tests, including nuclear, PET and echo stress tests

Cardiac CT

Holter monitor and loop monitor tests

Peripheral vascular ultrasound

Bedside electrical cardioversions

You will also cross train to the HVIS Prep & Hold area

Education and Requirements :

Current RN License to be eligible to work in the state of Delaware

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire

BLS required

ACLS preferred

One year of cardiac stepdown experience required as RN; and / or critical care experience strongly preferred

Hourly Pay Range : $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
