What You Will Do :
As a Talent Acquisition Automation & Operations Intern, you'll support initiatives that enhance the efficiency, visibility, and experience of ADT's preboarding process, from offer acceptance through day one. You'll help streamline workflows, build reporting tools and dashboards, and analyze operational data to improve visibility and drive continuous improvement within our Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows within preboarding and recruitment operations
- Analyze process and operational data to improve visibility and drive continuous improvement
- Assist in developing reports and dashboards to track key preboarding metrics
- Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT teams to understand needs and implement solutions
What You Need to Be Successful :
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026-August 2027Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organization and attention to detailClear communicator and strong team collaboratorInterest in automation, process improvement, or operationsWhat Will Set You Apart :
Experience with Power BI or Power AutomateExposure to workflow automation or process improvement toolsUnderstanding of HR or Talent Acquisition systems and processesHow ADT invests in you :

Compensation : $22 / hour for undergraduates, $25 / hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.Work Schedule : A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.Why you'll love working here :
