What You Will Do
The primary purpose of this role is to support SC Planning and Replenishment team, using existing and ad-hoc systems, data, and tools to identify and create actionable and exception based analytical insights to enhance decision making for the supported teams. This position will support the Manager, SC Data Insights in driving analytical solutions to the SC Planning and Replenishment teams and making recommendations based on tools and dashboards created.
Responsibility Statements
Supports the Supply Chain Data Insights Manager in driving Supply Chain data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards and reporting
Drives effective data mining and metric validation to create analytical tools, reporting and dashboards
Mentor the Analyst and Sr. Analyst in the creation of the weekly Supply Chain Monday Morning reporting package, inclusive of demand, planning and replenishment reporting needs
Mentor the Analyst and Sr. Analyst in the creation of advanced analytical tools and solutions for complex problems that arise in planning and replenishment
Proactively partner with Directors and Managers of Inventory Planning and Replenishment to identify data and analysis needs and potential solutions
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with internal partners Supply Chain, IT, DACI and Business Architecture in order to build effective reporting and analytical tools and dashboards
Partner with Manager, SC Data Insights as well as client leaders to identify areas of opportunity and need from a data perspective
Lead special projects as assigned for the team and drive results and solutions for clients
What you Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree - Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, Supply Chain Management, Engineering
6 years experience in Supply Chain Operations
1-year experience mentoring others
Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Proficient in business intelligence reporting tools (Teradata, Dart, Cognos)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Project design and / or management skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
4 years experience in JDA, Oracle, or SAP Supply Chain System Management
Proficient in Oracle SQL
Understand business processes and how it correlates with IT infrastructure.

Pay Range : $83,500.00 - $139,400.00 annually
