Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their CEO located in Arlington, VA through early December, starting ASAP!
About the Job :
- Provide calendaring / scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
- Ensure the CEO is well informed and prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.
- Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
- Complete additional tasks / special projects and provide support as needed.
About You :
- 5+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience.
- A bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field is required; A master's is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and Macs is required.
- Ability to speak French or Spanish is preferred.
- Excellent oral / written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.
- Ability to travel with the CEO up to 20% of the time is required.
About the Position :
- $30 / hr-$37 / hr, depending on experience.
- Minimum of 2 months, potential to extend.
- Hybrid schedule with 2 days / week onsite.
- Metro accessible in Arlington, VA.
