n AUTO OFFER most of the time! n nUnit Specifics : nNumber of Beds : 35 nPatient Ratios : 5-7 : 1 nUnit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Techs per census, usually 2-4 nType of equipment : Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCD’s, Bladder scanner nDocumentation system : Meditech nScheduling requirements : 12 hr shifts, every other weekend nFloating policy : may be floated to other Med Surg depts.

nPatient Experience requirements : Rehab experience preferred n nMust have : nMed / Surg or PCU experience nBLS and VA License n nPreferred : nRehab experience n nProcedures performed on unit : Med administration to include IV’s, PICC, PEG tube admin;

Bladder scans, Trach care, Tube feeding, Foley cath, Bladder irrigation, Blood Administration n n
