FreshCut Paper was created by renowned designer Peter Hewitt in 2020. Our life-sized pop-up floral bouquets consist of whimsical and breathtaking blooms that are wilt-proof and crafted to last a lifetime.

Our paper sculptures are affordable, environmental, artful, and lasting. We are poised to take a bite out of the $8 billion fresh cut flower industry and the $6 billion greeting card market.

Our product is a compelling, contemporary, alternative way to send flowers and yes, they are beautiful.

Beyond having a fraction of the carbon footprint of imported flowers, we plant a tree for every bouquet sold and partner with 1% for the Planet, an organization and global movement that tirelessly works to tackle our planet's most pressing environmental issues.

Position Overview :

This position is full time and in person. Our office is located in West Concord, MA.

If you love curating your instagram feed or find yourself rearranging everything on the restaurant table to get that stunning meal pic, this job may be perfect for you.

We are looking for a talented Photo and Video Creator to join our team of creatives. Armed with an iphone, you will conceptualize, style, and photograph innovative images and 10 second video clips that will be used across our website and social media platforms.

This includes all steps of the process, from finding and ordering props to staging the scene and snapping the shot. We are looking for someone who is okay with repetition and open to feedback, as you will often need to redo shots with slight alterations based off of peer feedback until the perfect, delicious photo is captured.

We want you to be invested in the process and really take your time with each photo; we care way more about creating compelling images than we do about pumping out a large quantity.

You will have access to our photo studio, as well as any equipment you may need.

You do NOT need a background in photography etc to be considered, we care more about your artistic instincts and ability than your resume : )

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Using an iPhone, photograph, style, and produce innovative images and videos that will be used across our website, for product listings, and social media platforms
• Utilize different compositions, techniques, and settings to capture product colors and other details
• Work independently within a large group of creatives who will provide feedback and help push the work forward
• Quickly iterate with composition, props, lighting, and models to create winning images

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• A link to your work of clean, delicious images and videos, can be your instagram, portfolio, or even your favorites album of your camera roll
• Able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable testing out ideas and new directions
• Be passionate about the images you are producing!
• Strong eye for design, composition, and detail
