Key Responsibilities : Project Financial Management : Assist the Project Manager in determining and managing resources, including people, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services.
Preconstruction Services : Help prepare, review, and monitor cost-related information and reports for assigned projects.
Project Start-up and Scheduling : Define responsibilities for processing submittals and take ownership of complex trades when necessary.
Project Coordination : Attend planning, progress, and close-out meetings, addressing project concerns and unexpected situations.
What We’re Looking For : Education & Experience : BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus 3+ years of experience.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in PC and communication tools such as email, internet, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to Detail : Ability to manage administrative and technical aspects of construction projects. Team Player : Strong collaborative skills and a focus on meeting / exceeding customer expectations.
Work Environment : Work primarily on job sites in an office trailer or existing structure. Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when outside the office trailer or structure.
