Job Description : We are seeking dedicated and compassionate School Psychiatrists to join our team. In this role, you will provide virtual mental health services to students, working closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support the emotional and psychological well-being of our students.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of students' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic services via telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to address students' needs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Requirements :
- Licensed Psychiatrist with appropriate state certification.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Proficient in telehealth practices and comfortable using online platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
