And you’ll be working side-by-side with some of the biggest names from the hedge fund, Bitcoin and trading desk worlds. These are very smart and very busy people, with a lot of skin in the game your job will be to put the jigsaw puzzle together and deliver requirements for products that most BAs can’t even dream about.
Hired Gun Profile
You should have some serious intellectual chops and solid experience tucked inside your Stetson hat. Mapping out requirements, workflows and processes in complex systems should come as easy as shooting bottles off a fence.
But you have other cartridges in your six-shooter : you’re also a people person who can drive collaboration between big personalities with respect and polish.
At the end of the day, you’re the team member who everyone chooses to ride shotgun.
