Sr Design Project Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Industrial team. The ideal candidate possesses 10 years of related experience in the food production, medical device manufacturing or other manufacturing industries.

The successful candidate would be mentored by our dynamic team of professionals while supporting / leading a range of multidisciplinary projects.

The successful candidate would also interface with clients and support proposal development.

About Our Team

Our team of Construction and Design professionals includes process engineers, project managers, construction engineers, program managers and business developers.

Our Industrial team is engaged in projects throughout the southeast, the nation, and the world and our existing client base includes some of the largest names in the distribution, food processing and medical industries.

The successful candidate would be an integral part of our growing team and would have the opportunity to engage across markets and geographies.

Knowledge and Experience :

Financial Understanding of Project ControlsFamiliar with scope of work development, writing and executionWorking knowledge of large capital expenditure planning and executionCreating and managing project budgetsMinimal Contract Language reviewBasic use of Scheduling toolsDevelop and Implement organization and responsibility Matrix for each projectUnderstands and Implements Client expectations for design completeness and qualityUnderstands how a set of plans and specifications needs to be developed to convey construction scope of workUnderstands necessary coordination requirements between design disciplinesQualifications :

BS in Engineering10 years of experiencePMP certification preferred or anticipatedProfessional Engineer Registration preferredProficient with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and others.

Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team members in person and on various communication platforms.

Additional InformationWe anticipate filling this position as a Senior Project Manager with a salary range of $115,700.00 - $186,800.

00 per year.Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience.

Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and / or other benefits dependent on position offered.
