As a BMT Clinical Pharmacist, you will be working closely with medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff to provide exceptional patient care for hematology, oncology, BMT, biotherapy, and immune effector cellular therapy patients.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
- BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
- PGY2 Oncology / Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Practice Residency or 5 years Clinical Oncology Practice required.
- Active / Clear Licensure in CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday (Day Shifts)
Offering : Weekly Pay / $85-$120 / hr / Benefits
