- BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Self-Starter capable of establishing processes and delivering results
- Team player able to work well across functions
- Strong oral and written communications skills, with ability to present to higher levels of management
- Ability / willingness to learn about new technology
- Solid knowledge of GPDS and program management process, including key delivery dates along with the ability to develop plans for global markets
