SENIOR BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

In this role you will
- Provide Manage operational and clinical quality dashboards.
- Manage organizational quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Provide consultation and support to clinical / operational process improvement teams as assigned.
- Support nurse and provider peer review process related to quality-of-care reviews.
- Manage the activities of the data management program as directed by clinical leadership.
- Participate in health center-wide education on relevant performance improvement topics including New Staff and New Provider Orientation.
The successful applicant will offer :
- Minimum of a BA / BS in Data Science or Data Analytics Engineering, or a relevant healthcare / analytics field.
- Previous experience in data warehouse, analytics environment required.
- 3-5 years’ experience with business intelligence or reporting applications such as Crystal Reports required.
- Strong knowledge of SQL; ability to write complex SQL queries and complex stored procedures required.
- 1-3 years’ experience managing data reporting for grants preferred.
- Previous experience working with Epic electronic health record preferred.
- Epic Certification preferred.
- SQL Certification preferred.
