Staffmark is hiring an IT Support Specialist to assist our Director of IT in managing daily technology operations. This role involves supporting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining office and facilities technology, setting up equipment, and training staff on our core processing system. Pay : $16.00 / hr

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Support daily IT operations and projects alongside the Director of IT
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain office and facilities technology and equipment
  • Configure employee devices, accounts, and system access
  • Train staff on core systems and business applications
  • Document IT procedures and create user guides
  • Ensure system security, updates, and policy compliance

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in IT support or related roles
  • Proficient with computer hardware, OS, and network troubleshooting
  • Experience delivering employee training and creating technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with financial services or core processing systems a plus
  • Knowledge of facilities-related IT equipment management
