Role Overview :

• Takes inventory and orders supplies to maintain established inventory levels in all assigned supply areas per established schedule.
• Delivers and stores supplies in the appropriate location and at an appropriate level.
• Stocks supply nurse servers, medication rooms, supply closets per within department guidelines established time frames.
• Orders supplies from vendors and manages software systems like Helios and Coupa.
• Inspects received items for accuracy and reports discrepancies.
• Monitors expiration dates and replenishes supplies, linens daily.
