Role and Responsibilities :
As a Sales Representative with Stephen Diorio State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Sales and Customer Acquisition : Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending tailored insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
- Lead Generation : Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Consultative Selling : Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner.
- Customer Relationship Management : Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration : Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
Qualifications :
