The Receptionist is responsible for all activities related to the scheduling of deliveries, billing, retail customer interaction, maintaining of patient files and logs and other tasks as assigned.
- Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client / patients
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Greet persons entering the office, screen and direct to right person
- Manage and maintain company calendar - internal meetings, and management team, marketing out of the office, holidays etc.
- Utilize basic Microsoft programs and applications
- Filing of patient / company paperwork, as directed
- Preparation and packing of resupply boxes, as directed
- Perform light cleaning of office equipment and office area.
- Purchase and maintain stocks of supplies for the office and cleaning areas.
- Report equipment hazards and / or product incidents as required in accordance with Company policy.
- Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
- Participate in the Company's Performance Management program as requested by the Performance Management Coordinator.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
