About You
Our dynamic and driven Store Manager will lead our Luxe Redux Bridal Boutique in Nashville, TN. If you thrive in a competitive environment, are a natural self-starter, and possess a blend of leadership and sales acumen, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your optimistic attitude will inspire and motivate your team, driving them to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the store team, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee team scheduling, training, and recruitment, ensuring a motivated and well-prepared staff.
- Maintain accountability for both personal and team performance, addressing any issues proactively.
- Handle store operations, including shipping and receiving, while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Manager, preferably in bridal or specialty boutiques.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, including scheduling, training, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Familiarity with luxury or designer brands is a plus!
