We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Water Resources department.

As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a variety of water resource projects, including BMP Design, Drainage, Hydrology, and more.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of solving complex water resource challenges and contribute to sustainable environmental solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, land development, GIS, and Civil3D.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage our design team, focusing on a diverse portfolio of water resource projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement BMPs and other water resource management strategies.
  • Liaise and collaborate with municipalities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Utilize ArcGIS and other GIS tools to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of drainage and hydrology systems.
  • Work closely with the land development team to ensure the integration of water resource considerations into all projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders on water resource management.
  • Continually monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • PE License is preferred
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing water resource projects, with a strong focus on BMP Design, Drainage, Hydrology, and GIS.
  • Extensive knowledge of water resource regulations and municipality requirements.
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS, Civil3D, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • A strong commitment to environmental sustainability and a passion for water resource management.
