Are there nurse aids on this unit / Ratios Yes, 1 tech to 2 RNs generally, days also has a mobility aide when staffing allows.
Also staff Student Nurse Techs occasionally which helps pass meds, dressing changes, etc. RT Equipment (i.e., Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, vents, etc.
