Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their maximum potential and enhance their ability to perform daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct prehensive assessments of clients physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Educate clients and their families on therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies to support independence.
• Monitor and document clients progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in school settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
