I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in USA to work on a project in the automotive sector .

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our development team. You will lead and manage the complete product development lifecycle on a larger scale, encompassing the product and business strategy for an entire value stream or a portion of the contract.

The primary mission is to ensure the development and launch of innovative, high-quality products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, in the development and launch of new products or the strategic deployment of a value stream.
• Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into product strategy.
• Define product development strategies and plans, taking into account business goals and needs.
• Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritizing projects, and allocating resources efficiently.
• Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in product development.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among teams.
• Monitor product performance in the market, analyzing metrics, customer feedback, and competition, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.

Requirements :

• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with cross-functional and co-located teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, and Product Discovery.
• Experience in Team leadership and Project Management while working closely with designers, architects, and other product managers.
• Market data analysis skills and knowledge of market trends.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
