Job Title : Floor Grinder

Shift : 3rd

Location :   Hooksett, NH

Compensation :   $25 / hour

Training Schedule (Approx. 2 weeks) : Monday through Friday - 6 : 45AM to 2 : 45PM

Regular Schedule : Sunday through Thursday - 10 : 53PM – 6 : 53AM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Floor Grinder / Polisher to join our team. This position involves preparing, grinding, and polishing concrete and stone floors to meet project specifications. On-the-job training is provided , so previous experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate is motivated, physically capable, and able to follow safety procedures and directions.

Responsibilities :

• Operate floor grinding and polishing machines safely and efficiently
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing cracks, and removing coatings or adhesives
• Apply sealers or densifiers as needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow project plans and meet quality standards
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use protective gear
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of work

Pay Details : $25.00 per hour
