Nature Of Work

The Video Coach is a critical member of the coaching staff, responsible for providing in-depth video analysis and data-driven insights to support tactical planning and player development. This is a non-coaching role on the field, focused entirely on technical and analytical support.

Examples Of Work Performed

• Video Capture : Capture high-quality video footage of all training sessions, scrimmages, and competitive matches.
• Video Analysis : Utilize video analysis software to break down team and individual player performance.
• Data-Driven Insights : Analyze video footage in conjunction with performance data to identify tactical trends, opponent strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Report Generation : Prepare and organize detailed video clips, highlight reels, and data reports for review by the head coach and technical staff.
• Player & Team Evaluation : Present video evaluations and performance analysis to individual players, small groups, and the entire team in a clear and engaging manner.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the coaching staff to align video analysis with training objectives and game-day strategies.
