Executive Assistant to C-Suite (Temporary-to-Hire, Four Days Remote per Week)
As the Executive Assistant to the C-suite with this large non-profit, you will be responsible for scheduling, calendar management, invoicing, and busy domestic and international travel booking.
This non-profit needs an Executive Assistant that works very efficiently on their own, requires little direction and is stellar at what they do! The ideal professional has previous C-level support experience at a fast pace, is easily accessible and quick to respond to changing needs.

About the Job :
- Manage all calendar management, scheduling confirmations, changes and details, and communication with many moving parts.
- Schedule complex travel for domestic and international needs, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations and detailed itineraries.
Maintain a high-level of attention to scheduling across time zones.
- Assist with creating and editing documents and expense reporting as needed.
- Document financial data and follow the submission process for invoices with great detail.
- Provide back-up assistance to extended administrative support team when needed.

About You :
- C-suite experience. You are degreed and have previous experience supporting a C-level Executive, preferably a CEO, and understand accessibility is a must and are able to flex your schedule.
- Flexible. You can balance multiple things at once and prioritize efficiently.
- Tech-independent and resourceful. You are skilled across Microsoft Office and describe yourself as an individual who can troubleshoot independently as well as for others on a team.
- Detail-oriented. You are highly organized, learn at a very quick pace and pride yourself on work product.
- Ultra-discrete. You are trusted with confidential information and communicate with internal and external players using strong judgement.
