Workday HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant with higher education experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Workday HCM Subject Matter Expert for Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional design specifications

Support bi-weekly / monthly payroll cycles and manage employee lifecycle transactions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional experience

Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Reporting

Familiarity with Workday Integrations (EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors)

Experience working in or supporting higher education or university clients

Good understanding of Workday security and business process configuration
