Buyer Agent Opportunity

The Kay Bates Team at RE / MAX Excellence is looking for a motivated Buyer’s Agent ready to grow in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. In this role, you will guide pre-qualified buyers through showings, negotiations, and closings to create a seamless homebuying experience. First-year earning potential when hitting goals : $140,000+

This position is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, growth-minded, and ready to advance within a supportive team known for professionalism and results. Candidates must hold an active real estate license or be actively pursuing one through pre-licensing coursework.

Compensation : $140,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Qualifications :

  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Real estate license
