Schedule : Every other holiday, every other weekend

Position Summary :
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool position in Akron, Ohio. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety and thrives in different clinical settings.
You will rotate through Med / Surg and Stepdown units, working with a wide range of patients. The position includes rotating shifts, with every other holiday and weekend commitments.
Requirements :
Pennsylvania RN license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring
Ability to float to all Med / Surg and Stepdown units
Duties :
Deliver patient care across various units
Perform telemetry monitoring and respond to changes in patient status
Work collaboratively with unit staff and physicians
Provide continuity of care across different settings
