• Our philosophy of person-centered care impacts everything we do Competitive Pay :  $42.00 / hour + Credit given for experience Schedule :   5 : 00pm-7 : 00am, with rotating weekends and holidays (on call) Supportive Team :   We believe in the importance of personal and professional growth Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do : Serve as the clinical resource for staff after-hours, on weekends, and holidays Provide guidance on medication administration and care services Monitor resident needs and advise staff on changes in condition or care plans Communicate with residents, families, and leadership to ensure quality service delivery ​​​​​​​Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state regulations and community policies What You’ll Need : Current RN license in the state of Minnesota, in good standing CPR / First Aid certification (must be maintained) 3+ years of nursing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and support staff with a calm, solutions-focused approach Sensitivity and aptitude for working with residents, families, and team members To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
