Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Technical Writer :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and ensure material accuracy.
- Edit, proofread, and standardize documentation to meet program templates and state standards.
- Support the creation of stakeholder communication materials and presentations.
