UNC Holly Springs Hospital is looking for qualified Operating Room (OR) RN's to join their team!

Location
Pay Range : Starting at $30.75hr, Increases based on experience
Shift / Hours : Day shift - 7am - 7pm
Holiday / Weekend Requirement :
7 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm and / or 7 : 00 am - 5 pm, will accept for either
On Call requirement : Mon - Fri. 7p-7a & Sat / Sun 24 hours / 7a-7a.
Needs vary; approximately 1 weekend and 4 weeknights per 6 week schedule
Responsibilities :
Surgical nurses assist the operating room staff during surgery and provide care to patients recovering from a procedure. Their primary responsibilities are to provide patient care, assist the operating room staff, and document observations and procedures.
These nurses work directly with doctors on the surgery, helping to control bleeding, watching for signs of complications, performing stitches, applying bandages, and more.
They work directly with a doctor and give assistance in whatever way is needed during the actual surgery
Must Haves :
License : NC RN License
Certification : BLS and ACLS
Experience : At least 1 year of OR experience equivalent experience.
Education : Associates Degree of Nursing. Must agree to enroll in BSN program within 4 years of being hired; Must complete BSN within 7 years

Patient Population : Surgical
Nurse to Patient Ratio : 1 : 1
