What You’ll Do :

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that guides our customers through their service experience. From the first phone call to the final follow-up, your role is to create confidence, clarity, and comfort.

Your day might include :

  • Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Occasionally giving customers a ride to and from work or home.
  • Explaining vehicle health reports and service recommendations.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the shop calendar.
  • Communicating with technicians to provide accurate updates.
  • Handling questions, concerns, and follow-ups with care.
  • Supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
  • Brainstorming ideas for marketing and social media.
  • Create and implement new and better ways to improve our customer experience.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.

  • A problem-solver with a calm, can-do attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable using shop software and digital tools.
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
  • Good spelling, punctuation, and grammar is essential.
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or retail.
  • Automotive knowledge is helpful but not required - we’ll train the right person.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no violations and reliable transportation.
